Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fine with nearby restaurants, but cleanliness was a concern. The staff was friendly, although not all aspects of service were satisfactory. Dining left a bit to be desired, but the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very dirty and run down, with blood on the bed, but they were a good size. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. The service was kind and courteous, which helped make up for the faulty fire alarm going off at 4:30 am and the older furnishings. They even knocked on my door before 9:00 to clean the room for check out. The location was convenient right off the Freeway but needs some serious exterior concrete work done on the curbs and is very small. The breakfast was minimal with cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels/toast, muffins, or waffles; nothing to write home about. As for the facilities, they were just average. My mini-vacation was undercut by having to pay for shelter without being able to rest due to familial obligations.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent, despite encountering a big spider on the bed, which fortunately didn't turn into the worst scenario. There was still a lingering unpleasant odor, although it wasn't as bad as some other places I've stayed. The service was good, especially when they promptly switched us to a new room and acknowledged the time zone difference. The location, while not noisy from aircraft, could use a remodel and was a bit disappointing due to some noisy neighbors near the hotel. The dining options were limited but sufficient, even though I wish breakfast lasted longer. Overall, the hotel provided a mixed experience with room for improvement.
